Sheridan quickly followed with a goal at 14:18 with assists from Speights and Nick. Cote answered for Texas with a goal at 19:22 with helpers from Croswell and Bombardir.
The Brahmas’ victory was in no doubt helped out by Murison as he stopped 18 of the 21 shots he faced. On the other hand, Murison’s counterpart, Lenz, and the Jr. Stars’ defense saw a few pucks go by allowing 5 goals in 29 shots.
