The Brahmas crushed the Drillers 6-2

The Texas Brahmas' offense had a big night, peppering the Louisiana Drillers with 55 shots throughout the game. The Texas Brahmas took the lead early in the second on a goal from Michael Redmon.

Sam Sykes chipped in with 2 goals and Michael Redmon did his part, adding 2 points (1 goal, 1 assist). Hayden Watzka contributed with 2 goals.

In the first, Cote opened the scoring for Texas with a goal at 8:35 with helpers from his linemates, Redmon and Weycker. Dekumbis deposited a goal at 17:14 with an assist from fellow Brahmas forward Bersani. Watzka quickly followed with a goal at 18:11 with a helper from defenseman Dolese.

In the second, Redmon answered for Texas with what turned out to be the game winning goal at 1:55 with assists from teammates Walsh and Murison. Sykes quickly followed with a goal at 2:18 with helpers from Bombardir and Walsh. Bombardir put in a goal at 8:46 with assists from Bersani and Walsh.

In the third, Sykes netted a goal at 10:17 with helpers from his linemates, Bersani and Cote. Watzka answered for Louisiana with a goal at 18:12 with assists from his linemates, Credeur and Wotta.

Texas’ victory was in no doubt helped out by Murison’s big night as he stopped 27 of the 29 shots he faced. Murison’s counterpart, Kazoleas, also had a big night, managing to stop 49 of 55, but ultimately fell short.

This win brings the Texas Brahmas’ record to (39-6-0-0).
