The Brahmas crushed the Drillers 5-1

The Texas Brahmas' offense had a big night, peppering the Louisiana Drillers with 31 shots throughout the game. The Texas Brahmas took the lead before the halfway point in the second on a goal from Robert Seger.

Bennett Weycker contributed with 2 goals and Robert Seger chipped in with 2 points (1 goal, 1 assist).

In the first period, Weycker opened the scoring for Texas with a goal at 15:02 with a helper from Redmon.

In the second, Morgan answered for Louisiana with a goal at 4:02 with assists from teammates Sill and Zittel. Seger answered for the Brahmas with what turned out to be the game winning goal at 14:33 with helpers from his linemates, Gray and Tiedemann. Weycker netted a goal at 18:52 with assists from his linemates, Strazisar and Davis.

During the third period, Bersani put in a goal at 0:32 with a helper from Dekumbis. Bickford deposited a goal at 10:52 with an assist from Seger.

Texas’ victory was in no doubt helped out by Murison as he stopped 24 of the 25 shots he faced. Murison’s counterpart, Varricchio, also had a big night, managing to stop 26 of 31, but ultimately fell short.

This win brings the Texas Brahmas’ record to (29-5-0-0).
