Jun 25, 2022

NORTH RICHLAND HILLS, TEXAS–

Seth Manning has committed to playing hockey at King’s College, proud member of NCAA Division III and the Northern Collegiate Hockey Association. During three seasons with the Texas Brahmas, the 6’1″ and 201lb Defenseman from Raleigh, NC made 123 regular season appearances to deliver 72 Total Points (8g + 64a) and another 10 post-season games with 5 assists.

Texas Brahmas General Manager and NAHL Lone Star Brahmas Associate Head Coach Ryan Anderson said of Manning, “This is a great day for Seth! My relationship with Seth and his family dates back to my time coaching youth hockey in Chesapeake, VA.  When I became the head coach for the Texas Brahmas in 2019 he was one of my first recruits.  To see the progress in his game and his maturity off the ice has been one of my biggest joys as a coach.  I am very excited to see him play along side Coop and Blanch at Kings.  I look forward to watching his continued success in college!”

A leader on and off the ice, Manning served as the team Captain for the 2021-22 season, and also was selected to the 2022 NA3HL Top Prospects alongside Brahmas Goalie Dolan Gilbert.  https://www.texasjrbrahmas.com/five-brahmas-selected-for-2022-top-prospects
