NA3HL Announces League Start Date

NORTH RICHLAND HILLS, TEXAS — The North American 3 Hockey League (NA3HL) will be postponing the start of the 2020-21 regular season to Oct. 2, the league announced on Monday. A full schedule of games is set to be released by Sept. 1. The league is committed to playing a full season’s worth of contests, with those being affected by the postponement being rescheduled for later in the season.

Even though the start of the NA3HL season has been moved, several league-wide events will remain on the same dates. The 11th annual NA3HL Showcase will take place from Dec. 20-22 at the Super Rink in Blaine, Minn. and the 20201 NA3HL Top Prospects Tournament will be on Feb. 8-9 in Attleboro, Mass. at the New England Sports Village. The 2021 NA3HL Fraser Cup Championship will take place from March 31-April 4 in Chicago.

The NAHL is committed to ensuring the safest environment possible for all players, coaches, staff, billet families and fans. The league continues to work daily with the teams of the NAHL, the Center for Disease Control (CDC) and local authorities to monitor the situation regarding COVID-19 in all 32 NA3HL communities.

The Lone Star Brahmas Main Camp is set to kick off on July 30.
