Ian Erdman playing this weekend for NAHL Springfield Jr. Blues

It’s the call every NA3HL player is waiting for and this week the recipient is Ian Erdman of the Texas Jr. Brahmas in North Richland Hills, TX. Head Coach Ryan Anderson is excited about the opportunity for his Defenseman from Flower Mound, TX. Said Coach Anderson ”We are extremely proud of the work Ian has put in to earn this call up with Springfield. The growth that we have seen in his game over the past 12 months is extraordinary. Ian has completely taken advantage of the program we have in place and our facilities to take his game to the next level.  I am very excited to see him suiting up for Springfield this weekend.”

The NA3HL players are always ready for a skate with the NAHL clubs and the opportunity to compete at that next level is the reward for the hard work and relentless training. ”I would also like to thank Head Coach Tyler Rennette and the Springfield organization for giving Ian this opportunity.  It is just another example of the NAHL Ladder of Development at work.” added Coach Anderson.

Anderson has every reason to be talking up his club in his first season as Head Coach at Texas. ”Ian is now the 2nd player to be suiting up in NAHL regular season contest from our club this year.  He follows Dylan Smith who earned a full season call up with the Lone Star Brahmas earlier this season.  We have had 13 players skate with NAHL clubs this season and we expect that number to continue to grow.”
