The Brahmas crushed the Drillers 6-2

The Texas Brahmas' offense had a big night, peppering the Louisiana Drillers with 47 shots throughout the game. The Texas Brahmas took the lead late in the second on a goal from Dakota Davis.

Hunter Bersani delivered for his team with 2 points (1 goal, 1 assist) and Mark Strazisar chipped in with 2 points (1 goal, 1 assist). Brandon Vukasin did his part, adding 2 goals and Brandon Morgan had a busy night with 2 assists.

During the first period, Dekumbis opened the scoring for Texas with a goal at 19:20 with helpers from Bersani and Bickford.

In the second, Vukasin finally put Louisiana on the board with a goal at 12:52 with helpers from teammates Morgan and Smith. Bombardir answered for the Brahmas with a goal at 15:45 with an assist from his defensive partner, Croswell. Davis netted what turned out to be the game winning goal at 19:03 with helpers from Bombardir and Strazisar.

In the third, Strazisar put in a goal at 1:06 with an assist from defenseman Brown Iii. Holland scored a goal at 3:13 with helpers from Seger and Gray. Vukasin answered for Louisiana with a goal at 7:21 with assists from his linemates, Morgan and Sill. Bersani answered for the Brahmas with a goal at 16:23 with helpers from Bickford and Brown Iii.

Texas’ victory was in no doubt helped out by Murison as he stopped 11 of the 13 shots he faced. Murison’s counterpart, Kazoleas, also had a big night, managing to stop 29 of 34, but ultimately fell short.

This win brings the Texas Brahmas’ record to (30-5-0-0).
