NORTH RICHLAND HILLS, TX – It’s finally game day for the Brahmas! Here are the three players to watch this weekend against the Stars!
NICK NITTA: The buzz around the defensemen’s return to the lineup is very real and it’s with good reason. Coach Rooney believes he’s going to make a massive impact on the blue line and can’t wait to get him in a Brahmas sweater.
"I think he will seamlessly transition into the lineup and make a difference for us on both ends of the nice this weekend. Especially look to see if he helps the PP which has been struggling lately."
HUNTER FRADO: There was a point a few weeks ago where the local product posted seven point in two games for the team. An achievement very rare for a defensemen, his bench boss believes there’s a lot more where that came from.
"He's really starting to find his stride lately, and fortunately his hand injury, over the long trip out East, wasn't as bad as first thought. I think this weekend will see him play in all situations and get back to where he was."
RYAN DUNNER: One of them most elite point producers in the entire NA3HL has gone through a bit of a cold spell and a weekend series against the Stars is just what the doctor ordered. In 10 games this season against Euless, Dunner has 16 points and is an outstanding +13.
"He's due. He may see a variety of linemate a this weekend against Euless as we look for some fresh line combos, but I think he is set explode for us this weekend, he's always done well against the Stars."
